The Jumbo Iced Tea Leadership Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their leadership skills and make a positive impact in their communities. The program will consist of monthly meetings starting March 17, where you will engage in self-assessments, interact/participate in group discussions, receive coaching on carefully selected leadership topics, and work on a group project culminating in a presentation of your results. Fun and growth is the intent for each session. Our company values of love, positivity, and support will serve as the guiding principles and Rules Of Engagement throughout the program, ensuring a nurturing and empowering environment for growth.
